Ultimately, the allocation of resources is optimized while fulfilling the requirements of refined management.

Cisco BIB Recording / 100 + Ch
Sanofi is a word-leading medical and health corporation, which focuses on the needs of patient to research, develop and promote innovative treatments. Sanofi’s main business covered three industries including pharmaceuticals, human vaccine and animal health. According to Sanofi’s requirement, the project adopts BIB mode recording which is integrated with the Cisco platform. It is a distributed recording with Shanghai as the center along with Chengdu and Guangzhou as alternate location. The total number of channels scoped is 140 channels. At the same time, the recording is integrated with Cisco UCCX for obtaining user agent ID and Call ID (Cisco reference ID). A web interface is provided to customer with an URL link of using Call ID to search and playback recording which then allows the front page to playback recording.
